At Weteringschans, behind the Museumplein, we renovated the third and fourth floors and the turret of a beautiful country house (approximately 140m²). The entire house was stripped and fitted with new electrical systems, floors, walls, and ceilings. We installed an elegant herringbone floor, added new partition walls, and updated the bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower.
The kitchen features an island and an induction cooktop, and the air conditioning is discreetly integrated. The house is equipped with double glazing and excellent insulation. The turret is furnished with stunning designer furniture. This renovation was carried out in collaboration with a renowned architectural firm.
What we have realized at Weteringschans:
- Modernization of the entire villa;
- Modification of the load-bearing structure in the roof;
- Insulation of the roof structure;
- Construction of an extension with wooden sliding doors;
- Creation of a rooftop terrace;
- Installation of new frames;
- Installation of underfloor heating;
