At Toldwarsstraat, we transformed a 1960s luxury villa with a modern update. The entire home was renovated from top to bottom. The load-bearing structure of the roof was modified and the roof insulation was upgraded. Additionally, an extension with wooden sliding doors was created, along with a new rooftop terrace. The villa was finished to a high standard with exterior plasterwork, new frames, and underfloor heating. The bathroom was also modernized.
